Owner & Head Foodie M. Scott Hale grew up in his family’s restaurants gaining an appreciation for fantastic food. He has an extensive background in preparing cuisine for large parties, including an early memory of cooking dinner for more than 250 people when he was just 17. Now, with tens of thousands of satisfied stomachs around the metro, he’s the culinary talent behind one of the best catering companies in the region.

Kelly Neuburger, Event Coordinator and organizational Guru

Event Coordinator & Organizational Guru Kelly Neuburger is the newest addition to our team. Kelly has a keen eye for detail and runs an organized front office for Scrape. She is the primary point of contact for all new event inquiries and client liaison. Kelly also assists with contracts, invoicing, scheduling and day-to-day front office operations.

Kris Willsey, Lead Kitchen Assistant & Junior Foodie

Kris Willsey is our Lead Kitchen Assistant & Junior Foodie. Kris has been with Scrape for more than two years and continues to increase her presence behind-the-scenes as well as at events. She has been integral to organizing the kitchen and ensuring food prep and presentation, while always meeting high expectations. Kris’ continued growth in the company, her expertise and cooking skills are valued greatly.

Adam Forrester, Lead Event Coordinator & Server Extraordinaire

Adam Forrester serves our clients well as Lead Event Coordinator & Server Extraordinaire. Forrester has been server with Scrape since its first few events, and continues to provide excellent customer service. Clients always rave at Forrester's skills, friendly demeanor and professionalism, and staff greatly enjoy working with him as well.
